Pow-Pow-Power Wheels!

Madelyn got a Power Wheels 4x4 for her first birthday from Michael and I. I was a little scared on how she would take it and since there is no seat belt... if she'd fall off.

Well we put her on it. Showed her the button. And she was in love, rides like a pro!

Madelyn's Monkey Luau

Well Madelyn's first birthday has come and gone. But we had a blast at her 1st birthday party 2 weeks ago despite the rain. There were lots of kids, food and plenty of desserts. I do tend to go bonkers when I bake!

Here are some highlights of the day:

Auntie Amy and Uncle Wally watched Madelyn last night as we went out for our anniversary. They were playing with all the beads and Wally was "trying" them on and when Madelyn went to pull one he exaggerated that she was yanking it off him. He snapped a video and it's so funny. (A little dark since it was almost bedtime).

Countdown...

The countdown begins until Madelyn's First Birthday. The party prep has been in the works for quite a long time. I'm excited to see the outcome of all the hard work and see my little girl have her first birthday party!!

Lots of projects are in the works including Madelyn's Monkey Luau, Melissa & Mike's wedding invites, a 1st birthday cupcake theme and more to come! I'm excited about all the upcoming projects and events!

Myrtle Beach

I'm back! After a long hiatus from the blog I return with many photos from the recent trip to Myrtle Beach.
A lot of fun was had with Jamie, Tony, Ava, Kim, Ethan, Kate and Pat. Madelyn loved the beach and the pool of course. We visited many shops, the Ripley's Aquarium, Broadway at the Beach, Margaritaville, and much more! Here are a few highlights of the trip.

I've been Missing In Action for a bit! Lots going on, but I promise to update some pictures and events this weekend now that things are calmed down (for the weekend).

Lots of baby showers, weddings and small projects in between.

Madelyn is about a week away from walking (look out world!), now says "cracker" and "hot dog". Well... kind of!
