Madelyn has been enjoying the nice weather (when it's not raining) using her bubble gun from Grandma Tina. (Sorry about the noise of Mike mowing the lawn)
She also likes to pretend she is a "Monster". (In case you needed translation).
Baby #2 is scheduled to begin it's journey into the world on May 24th at 7:30am. So let's pray for a speedy delivery, no c-section and under 12lbs!!!!

Still waiting....
As we await Baby #2 we have been passing the time as best we can.
With the nice weather finally arriving Madelyn has become a huge fan of the swings an slides at the park. She can finally do some of the park activities on her own!
Only 5 days until Baby #2 is due. So we shall see if he/she comes before then or we will maybe have to help the process along!

Photo Shoot!
Today Madelyn had a fun photo shoot. We figured since she has some hair now and it's been 6 months, she needed some new photos. It will take a bit to edit the photos and make them Picture Perfect. But here are a few funny ones to tide you over!

I even had to sit in for some....but she wouldn't look at the camera. I think my belly takes up half the picture!

More to come- the good ones. We managed to get a few in the short time she would stand in one area. Not as easy as 3, 6 or even 12 months!

Crazy Crazy Girl
Madelyn has grown to be quite the entertainer. Here is her spinning and spinning. I missed the part where she kept doing it and falling in the middle of the floor. I'll catch it on video one of these days!
This was the first time Madelyn has repeated something silly I've said. I was telling her to "shake your booty" then she repeated it and it was so funny. I tried to get her to say it on camera but it didn't work so well.... here is what it came out like. (If you get dizzy easily beware!)
Madelyn now can say most of the animals and knows what sounds they make. She can count to three!!
She can count higher but skips 5 for some reason...... we are working on that!
Today marks Madelyn's half birthday! She is growing like a weed and is the best thing to happen to us!
