Things are going well at the Kocmit house so far. Madelyn, the pups, Michael and I are adjusting pretty nicely!She had her first doctor visit yesterday and all is in order. A touch of jaundice so we need to take her out for a tad each day (of course it's gloomy this week). She now weighs 7lbs 3oz. She goes back in a week for a weight check since she is a tad on the skinny side. We need to feed her more so that will help. And this little piggy is taking it all!
Thank you to everyone who has visited or sent their blessing/warm wishes this week. We have received a lot of great help since we have been home, and we appreciate it all! Thank goodness we have friends and family here that love us so much. She is a little doll and I'm excited to get my normal body back (in time) and start our journey as parents.
(Gavin has fallen in love with his sister, always right there with her. Smokey too but I can't seem to get a picture of him with her.)
Oh..and Happy Birthday Mom/Grandma Holewinski!

Look at our sweet Madelyn, soooo precious. And her guard dog, Gavin, always keeping a close eye on her and mommy & daddy. We love you all.
